Amazing service!! The manager Sam was very communicative and accommodating with the issues my car was having. I was in and out of the store in less than 1 hour and the car was very well taken care of. All of my concerns were addressed and solved, for a very reasonable price. 10/10 customer service, will be back if I ever need to!

Management is top tier! I had a blown tire from delivering Amazon and did not have an appointment they were able to get me and out in no time. They were kind and very knowledgeable about what I needed to get back on the road. Staff were wonderful and kind as well!

This place will scam you. I went in one afternoon, asking to have a brake job done. I previously had a brake inspection done there where they stated I needed it, so I brought it back for service. The person working, Ryan, let me know they might not be able to get to it but would call me before they closed so I could pick up my car if not. No call received so I show up 15 minutes before close. He completely forgot why I was there and pulled up the wrong car to the front. I asked about my car, then he asked why I was there. Told him I asked for a brake job for the car sitting on their lot. Said he couldn’t get it done, but still charged me for ANOTHER brake inspection. He provided 0 proof of the brake inspection (pictures, measurements, etc. that are listed on the invoice as supposed to get). I called the manager the next week, who couldn’t even find the invoice until I provided them the number. Told me there isn’t much they could do besides money off the actual brake job. Then told me he would speak to his DM to see what they could do, but has never followed up. Still have not received proof the service was done. After noticing that I had a large nail in my tire, I called around several places close to my home and Midas was the only one that could get me in the same day. I arrived 10 minutes later, I was met promptly at the desk and spoke to Sam, who was more than polite and helpful. He came out and looked at my tire and within an hour, Iwas back on the road. I was completely taken back on how affordable patching a tire was here. I will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs.

Had a great experience at this tire shop. The team was extremely respectful, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. They kept me updated on what was going on with my car and made everything quick and easy. The service was excellent and you can tell they really care about doing the job right. A huge plus is that they work on Teslas, which not every shop is comfortable with. It’s great knowing there’s a place that understands these vehicles and treats customers well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest, reliable service!
